WATCH: Liberals 'proud' of $61.9B deficit, Tories mock fourth finance minister in one day

Freshly appointed Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc, who is an old childhood friend of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, bragged about the Liberals Fall Economic Statement released Monday.

Conservative MP Andrew Scheer taunted LeBlanc for being the fourth finance minister in 24 hours, after Chrystia Freeland stepped down from cabinet Monday morning.

Trudeau reportedly scrambled to find a replacement and blew through three other candidates before settling on his longtime buddy, who already hold two other cabinet portfolios.
