New Footage of mysteries Drones over Salt Lake City

The drones are approximately over the Millcreek, West Valley, Salt Lake Area. Filmed around 10pm. In my opinion they did not look like they were scanning the area. They appeared to have certain areas to observe. Flying back and forth to certain areas. This is the 2nd night in a row I have observed them.
