✤ Ingredients
250g Chinese noodles (udon, ramen is available)
110g, 3 Korean cabbage(can be normal cabbage)
90g, 5 Shiitake mushrooms
35g chives
1/4 Onion (large)
40g Green onion white
100g Ground pork

✤ Seasoning
25g (1Tbsp) Dubanjang (chili bean sauce)
8g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce
g (0.5Tbsp) Oyster sauce
g (0.5Tbsp) Chicken stock
10g (1Tbsp) Chili powder
700ml Water

✤ Starch water
25g (2.5Tbsp) Starch powder
32g (4Tbsp) Water

✤ TIP
If you are using noodles that cook quickly within 2-3 minutes, you do not need to boil them separately, just put them in and boil them.
