Oil coats Russia's Black Sea coast as three ships suffer storm damage

Two fuel oil tankers were damaged in a storm in the Russian Black Sea on Sunday (December 15) with a third ship now sending distress signals. Emergencies have been declared at several locations along the coast as the scale of the fuel spillage remains unclear. Sean Hogan reports.
