No-Bake Graham Cracker Nut Logs taste like Pecan Pie!

Lots of Pecans, Butter, Sugar & Corn Syrup (in the marshmallows) and Vanilla combine to give these easy No-Bake Graham Cracker Nut Logs taste just like Pecan Pie! A great make ahead recipe as the taste matures after a couple of days. Recipe makes 60-80 pieces depending on the size you roll the logs.

1 Cup Butter, cut up and melted
16 ounces Miniature Marshmallows
15.25 ounce box Honey Graham Crackers (27 full sheets of crackers) crushed
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Chopped Toasted Pecans
