Info from Licensor: "Was driving on a neighborhood road in the evening when I saw a construction truck leaving an empty lot hit some power lines and short them out. There was a bright flash as if someone was welding something, and then a ton of smoke afterwards. Driving past it, I saw that the power lines running through were dangerously close to the ground (power went out in most of the neighborhood). Pulled over shortly after and called 911. Fire department went to the scene and power was restored within a couple of hours."
