'Russia Won't Retreat From Red Lines' Putin Claims Advantage In Ukraine, '189 settlements Liberated'

President Vladimir Putin said that Russian forces hold the initiative on front lines, claiming that 189 Ukrainian settlements have been “liberated” during 2024. Putin also accused the US of pumping Kyiv with weapons and money, to weaken Russia. Putin also said that the large number of men signing up for the Russian military was helping to turn the tide on the battlefield in Ukraine in Moscow's favour.
