Wheel Tax, Mayor raise & Shipyard loan approved by City Council

City leaders have approved resolutions to give the Mayor a $12,000 raise over a four year term and borrowing $2 million to start phase one of the Shipyard Project. City Council has also approved the first reading of an ordinance for a proposed $20 wheel tax.
