Lawfare and piercing the attorney-client privilege has become commonplace in our weaponized federal government and court system since they decided to go after Donald Trump and any American that stands up to the regime. They are at war with equal protection and presidential pardons for people like Roger Ver are the best tool to address the immediate need for true justice. Here is Brett Weinstein on X: Roger Ver (known as 'Bitcoin Jesus') faces extradition to the U.S. and a sentence of up to 109 years if he is convicted. His crime? He didn't commit one, but that doesn't matter in the age of American Lawfare. What Roger did do was promote a revolutionary decentralizing technology that radically empowers citizens and disempowers central banks and governments. His advocacy enraged the regime in the same way that Julian Assange's journalism did--and the regime responded with the same diabolical toolkit. Roger Ver deserves a pardon to end his legal nightmare. And we citizens of the West need him to get that pardon to return us to the principle of Equal Protection Under the Law. Brownstone Fellow Aaron Day recently wrote an article explaining why Roger Ver should get a presidential pardon and he is my guest today! Aaron is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a diverse background spanning nearly three decades in sectors like e-commerce, healthcare, blockchain, AI, and clean technology. His political activism ignited in 2008 after his healthcare business suffered due to government regulations. Day has since been deeply involved in various political and non-profit organizations advocating for freedom and individual liberty.
