What's with the Drones?

If something is all over the mainstream media, it is an agenda. I am really beginning to think this is just another little scam of piece of excrement, Joe Biden to cause as much chaos and destruction as possible while he still has time. He is upset that his own party gave him the boot but they shouldn't have run him in the first place. He is ticked off with Kamala Harris and he is angry with Donald Trump for making him look bad (easy to do) by trying to solve many of the problems he caused. So I'm sure this is just one more half-baked scheme to create more chaos while he can.
