Triple Chocolate Nut Clusters are so easy because we use the crockpot! Recipe makes 60 - 72 Large Nut Clusters or 5 pounds of Candy
Chocolate Nut Cluster Recipe can easily be reduced to half or to one-quarter and made by melting the wafers on the stovetop in a bowl over simmering water.

32 ounces, Chocolate Melting Wafers
12 ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
4 ounce Chocolate Bar
32 ounces lightly salted Dry Roasted Peanuts*
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Sea Salt, optional
* can use a combination of mixed nuts. If using Cashews, stir in AFTER the Cook time.
