1 Tsp Vanilla
2nd Layer
1 1/3 Cups Caramel Bits or 30 Vanilla Caramels
1 TBSP Water
2 Cups Roasted Peanuts
3rd Layer
1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
