I think at the very least the concept of self motivated learning and being guided by your passions and allowing the student to choose the majority of what he or she learns are all powerful concepts that we should take into account if we hope to ever have a truly healthy education system that teaches critical thinking and inspires real learning! I divided this up into 2 parts because it is a dense subject.
