Parents in St. Pete’s Shore Acres Neighborhood started standing in line at 2 AM Monday outside the Shore Acres Recreation Center. More than 100 parents flocked to the recreation center before sunrise to secure their kids a spot in the after-school program for the 2018-2019 school year.
