Post-Conditioning Pulling & Accessories

For my first pull I began like usual with a row. I did Hammer Strength Horizontal Rows, bi-laterally with a pronated grip. I did 5 sets heavy-ish at a sub-maximal 10+ reps
-
Next, I moved on to Wide-Grip Cable Lat Pulldowns. I did 5 sets of these, also in the 10+ rep range as a precursor/pre-exhaust to the next movement

Pull-ups! With a wide, probated grip similar to pulldowns but with a straight bar as opposed to cambered and a slightly different force curve on account of a more direct vertical pull angle. I did 5 sets of these as well, with a controlled eccentric and facing the shelving to keep as strict as possible with minimal to no swinging

Last, for an arm accessory I did Cross-Body Alternate Dumbbell Hammer Curls. Ostensibly a curl, these are a great supplementary exercise for the brachialis and forearms as well
