A Negroni is wonderfully versatile. If the classic one feels too bitter and heavy, you can give a summery twist a shot with Pink Grapefruit.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN
30ml-1oz GRAPEFRUIT BITTER APERITIVO
30ml-1oz SWEET WHITE VERMOUTH
1 dash VANILLA EXTRACT

Stir first three ingredients with ice and mist vanilla extract over your drink.
