Replacing the Cartridge on a Price Pfister Kitchen Faucet 34-4

Price Pfister Kitchen Faucet model numbers 34-4, J34-4 & 834-4.
From 1997.
Problem is the cartridge is so loose that the weight of the handle drops down and shuts the water off.
I replace the faucet "O" rings in 2017. Please refer to:
