The original 13th Amendment, which was ratified, states ANY + ALL those awarded title from a foreign entity, king, etc can NOT serve in any capacity in government, legally recognizing the original 13th LEGALLY RATIFIED Amendment would wipe out the majority of Washington DC which is why the Federal Enemy Corporate Govt, Congress/Senate + Court ILLEGALLY enacted a new 13th Amendment, to cover their asses.
