Baby Sleeps With Legs Up In The Air

You know why they say “sleep like a baby?” You are about to find out. This baby girl is sleeping with her feet up in the air. She is holding her toes in her hands, right next to her face. This is some acrobatic move! LOL! I can’t believe it’s even possible to fall asleep in this position. How hilarious is that? A newborn baby usually sleeps around 18-20 hours a day. That is probably why this kid can sleep in various positions. She needs sleep, so the position is not important. However, babies don’t sleep 20 hours straight. A newborn sleeps for a while, is awake for a while and then falls asleep again. And it can be this way around the clock during the first few weeks. Eventually, the baby will adapt to parent’s rhythm, remaining awake for longer periods of time during the day and sleeping for several hours at night.
