RECIPE

Ingredients (makes about 3 servings)
-1/2 cup of chia seeds
-1 cup of canned coconut milk
-3/4 cup of almond milk
-1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-Optional: 3 tbsp of shredded coconut

Directions:
-Mix all ingredients into a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. It will thicken.
-Separate the mixture into 3 glass jars, put on the lids and store them in the fridge for up to 1 week.
