Not definitive, but strong case to be made that Copenhaver, if he's not a crisis actor, was hit first in the arm in the first volley and in the leg . INTERESTINGLY, NBC's commentator in their report says he was shot the second time in the COLON, but James says the burn is in his LEG.
To clarify the title, I don't mean the first Crooks shot hit James, but that the first James hit came in the first valley.
