I woke up a few days ago with my mouth slightly swollen and redness around the edges of my lips for no apparent reason.

I didn’t injure myself or have an allergic reaction to something…

I’m documenting this for my own benefit, but to also show how I approach health and healing holistically and naturally… without pharmaceuticals or harmful medications.
