Return to the Halloween Haunt ~ Knott's Berry Farm | Buena Park CA

For many years, it was a tradition for a group of us would buy our tickets for Knott's Berry Farm and the Halloween Haunt. Knott's Scary Farm. When the wind is blowing in the right direction, the sound of the screams carry all the way to my house. The fog from the machines drifts across La Palma Ave when you drive between Western Ave & Beach Blvd.

My wingman Dave asked me if I wanted to go this year. We hsd been busy with life for the last few years and since all the lockdown nonsense, it sounded like a plan. A couple of adult beverages at TGIF's, another boysenberry beer at the Calico Saloon and off we went. It's always better to have a lady next to you to attract the monsters like a magnet, but it was great to get back there again. Knott's goes to a lot of effort to decorate the park for that month + when the crowds really show up after the sun goes down. Good times.
