Dr. William Bay was vindicated in the Supreme Court of Queensland on Friday 13 December 2024, with the suspension of his medical licence overturned RETROSPECTIVELY and all investigations and Queensland Civil & Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) actions against him to be set aside.
