Khy's Musings 14DEC24: Christmas Wishes and Long Campaigns

Tonight, Khy and I discuss some rumblings with the hobby that we want to focus on. We discuss setting up a game to run for years, and how we continue to press the worries of the world on the players of the game, taking the agency from "Uber Character Mechanical Success," to something more tailored for the campaign which asks the players to not worry so much about the possibility of not being the most deadly thing in the galaxy, seated as a hero, but instead a participant in a shared narrative which embraces the heroes journey.
