Eugene to Florence OR Time Lapse

If you’ve never traveled between Eugene to Florence Oregon or anticipate taking the journey and you want to see what to expect, this video is for you. Come along as we complete a time-lapse journey between the 2 cities beginning with the road leaving the airport at Eugene, Oregon, and travel along highway 126 to Florence. Florence Oregon sits on the crossroads between the Pacific Coast Highway and HWY 126. If you ever fly into Eugene and want to take a trip west to the Oregon Coast of the Pacific Ocean, this is the road you will be taking. It makes for a beautiful road trip. My family fell in love with it. It is not uncommon to see orca and other sea life around the area of the Siuslaw River Bridge and further down the river as the river opens to greet the Pacific Ocean through Florence. While the Pacific Ocean is not really immediately visible directly from the Pacific Coast Highway around Florence, it is a short jaunt on various off-road and sometimes a leisurely walk from a number of parking lots at trailheads leading to the beach.
