Info from Licensor: "I was across the street from Tower 4 building that is not yet finished, which is only 3 floors when the collapse began. Before the collapse, the structure thundered twice: that was the warning and it is how all the personnel who were down and up working and the winged premises were evacuated, they were cordoned off around and the collapse was expected."
