- Used clothing (even those that are in good condition) will not be accepted at all due to restrictions that have been put in place by the authorities on the ground hence only brand new clothing can be sent to Syria.
- Tinned meat, tinned fish, tea/tea bags, sugar, milk/milk based products, crockery, used bedding, used towels, deodorants & other flammable items cannot be sent to Syria.

Cash & card donations can also be made on the day of the collection itself to One Nation.
