Storm Shield Forecast morning update 7/13/18

We're hot like that again today with more sunshine, so I'm not introducing any chances of scattered showers or isolated thunderstorms in the valley or mountains today. Instead, expect a dry high of 103 in Bakersfield with air quality that's now unhealthy for sensitive groups. You'll see highs in the upper 90s in the Kern River Valley with more sunshine and the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park will be in the mid to upper 80s.
