Dogs left for dead discovered in Baltimore and Washington County

Two dogs have been found abandoned Maryland Thursday. One puppy was discovered underneath a pile of trash in Kenilworth Park in Baltimore. The other was spotted behind the woods of a Target in Hagerstown. Both were abandoned and in bad shape, but rescue organizations have stepped in to care for them and solicit some help from the community.
