Office Security Camera Footage

This office security camera footage captures the events of BGPD Officer Matt Davis being shot by Esteban Lowery multiple times. You can see after Matt Davis falls to the ground after being shot is when Esteban Lowery advances on his position and fires multiple more rounds at him. Esteban then walks back up the hallway towards more victims and that is when a civilian ride-along gets into a physical altercation with Esteban Lowery and strangles him to death. The strangling is not caught on camera. No camera footage from the hallway exists.
