1.Streamer MUST have less than 400 followers
2.Streamer MUST be an active streamer
*Doesn't have to stream every day 24/7, but enough where it's like okay they're actively trying to stream
3.Streamer MUST be LIVE on CHRISTMAS
*If they are NOT LIVE, their name will NOT be listed in final drawing
4.Streamer MUST have Rumble be the main platform where they stream
* They can multi-stream, but RUMBLE MUST be their top platform... this is for building up RUMBLE streamers, not for the streamers treating RUMBLE as a backup place to stream.
5.Streamer MUST be able to reply to chat
