Steamy Friday with highs in the 90s

Friday is steamy and hot with highs near 90 and heat indices in the upper 90s, but at least there will be some clouds providing shade.  Scattered showers and t’storms develop after 8pm, and some of those could become strong with gusty winds and downpours.
