Phone charge not increasing tip - removable battery phone

Update: also try using a different cable even if the phone shows as "charging". My specific phone is doing this problem only after I connect it to my computer to transfer video files via USB cable. Try to keep phone connected to computer only the time to transfer the files. If possible, turn off the phone for 1-2 days to allow the battery to slowly discharge inside, then start the phone by plugging it in. Explanation may be that when phone is charging through computer USB port is throwing off the battery calibration.
