Drones from New Jersey connected to Iranian mothership

One of the new theories put out there about what some have called the NJ drones epidemic. Senator Jeff Drew states in an interview that he has received word from others higher up that Iran has a mothership off the coast of the U.S. and the drones are coming from that specific location. Iran received this tech from the Chinese. There is a lot to take in, and I wonder myself about that one. Others believe that they are coming from the water.
