Our secretary works from 8-10am at our home. She parks her car directly where the car drove by before it hit the house. Luckily, by miracle she had left already at the request of Alondra Magana (the boss) around 9:15. 20 minutes after she left to her second job, the incident happened around 9:48. If she had not left when she did the car would've hit her car. In the video you can see how the car was going full speed at angle across the Sanchez' family's property. Luckily the man in the video reacted fast at the sight of the car coming and moved out of the way. Then you can see clearly the car slam against the house at the front. Juan Sanchez has plenty of footage of the aftermath as well. This happened in Novato."
