Biblical Audio Commentary – The Meaning of “Is”

The title of this Commentary might bring flashbacks for some of you reflecting on Bill Clinton’s presidency with his impeachment trial surrounding Whitewater and his sexual misadventures with Monica Lewinski. Fortunately for all of us, that is not the topic for today. What I want to discuss briefly is a well-known Bible passage concerning the timing of the Rapture. That’s certainly something all Christians can agree on – right? Or not.

The transcript for this audio commentary is available at my website blog under the post with the same title: https://garyritter.com/biblical-audio-commentary-the-meaning-of-is/

  • God says, one either believes what He says and is taken, or one believes the lies of man and is doomed. As long as people prefer to follow the lies of man, they will never accept what God truly says. They do not even accept what Jesus specifically stated in Matthew 24 that the tribulation is before destruction while the abomination is during destruction and great tribulation. They choose to speak dual tongues and make excuses for not accepting what Jesus actually says. Matthew 24 5-11 Many false christs is the beginning of sorrows 15-20 1 false christ left as Daniel mentioned 21 great tribulation begins 22-32 many false christs when the Son of Man comes in the clouds for the people of the world and for the flesh time will be cut short 36-44 Son of Man comes as when Noah entered the ark before the flood Matthew 25 Son of Man comes as the bridegroom and goes behind closed doors So, Daniel says Jesus goes away before the 70th week and during the week the abomination takes over the temple, Jesus says He goes away at the end of the tribulation with many false christs, before the time of 1 false christ is left, who He kills with His Sword. So, based solely on what Daniel and Jesus says, it does not matter what people claim. It only matters on what God actually says. One either follows Him and are saved, or one turns from truth and becomes an abomination to Him, there is no middle.
