Jocelyn’s body was found back in June in a creek in North Houston, Texas. Authorities determined that she was strangled to death after being assaulted for hours.
Both illegals had been previously stopped by Border Patrol but were released and given a notice to appear at a later court date.
Many blaming the open border policies of the Biden – Harris administration for her death, including her mother Alexis, who’s calling for congress to pass the Justice for Jocelyn Act that would keep detained migrants in custody while their cases are proceeding.
