GAS LEAK forced the neighbors to EVACUATE, creating a HAZARD to the community

As I was checking out this house, the next door neighbor yelled over at me telling me it was vacant. She said that the lady that used to live here passed away 3 to 4 years ago and she had a lot of debts. The family was trying to give the house to the state to pay them off but she wasn’t sure if it ever happened. It is overgrown all of the time and animals and homeless people occupy the home during the winter. There was even a big fire hazard once when a gas line broke and the whole neighborhood had to evacuate.
