These cinnamon honey bears are my favorite childhood cookies. They are very sentimental to me. I still remember how I helped my mom to cut out the faces of the bears. Then I couldn’t wait for them to cool off so we can spread some homemade jam on them. She always baked these honey sandwich cookies before the winter holidays and now I bake them for my family.
