VEVOR Canvas Bell Tent, 4 Seasons 7 m/22.97 ft nearly a review but really a warranty claim.

We Purchased this VEVOR Canvas Bell Tent to use for Sukkot which was at the end of September this year (2024). Online reviews were good and for the week and and a half we had it set up with a vevor wood stove it performed great. It stood up to moderate winds and frequent rains with no issues during this time.
We set it back up for a 13 year olds birthday sleepover which was Nov. 2nd (2024) and shortly after we recieved our first snow of the year and the center pole collapsed. Over all this tent is a great buy for the money however the support pole is not sufficient for winter use,. By the time I got around to filming the tent to start the warranty claim the tent has been snowed on several times. The amount of snow in the video is alot more than the amount that made it fail.
Vevor describes this tent as four seasons on thier Vevor Canada site and has " Whether it's spring, summer, fall, or winter, this tent is your reliable companion for outdoor adventures." in thier description. I am contacting Vevor for warrenty and will update in the comments once this is resolved.
