Shasta County Supervisors Certify Election 5-0, But 3 Under Duress

Supervisors Patrick Jones, Kevin Crye, and Chris Kelstrom certify under duress; Tim Garmin and Mary Rickert certify willingly. Counties in California used to certify their elections, but the state has gradually taken away a county's right to run local elections. The 2024 election was a mess with machine failures after the county being forced to tabulate with machines. So now, California citizens are not trusted to hand count their votes in elections - BY LAW AB969. Mary and Tim seem to be OK with California's iron fist.
