Joe Biden's national security adviser Jake Sullivan's on record saying that: 'Al Qaeda is on our side in Syria'.

Well the United States has spent millions of dollars arming these al Qaeda and ISIS linked Militants in order to effect a regime change operation against Bashar Al Assad."
