If due process, as stated in the 14th amendment, is what every American is entitled to, then how come Donald Trump was stripped of his? It’s not up to a rogue prosecutor or judge to destroy and nullify the due process clause of the Fifth and 14th Amendment, or for that matter, the Equal Protection Clause of the Fifth and 14th Amendment. But according to Mark, that’s exactly what happened to Trump at the hands of Joe Biden and his weaponized DOJ.
