December 5th Kootenai County Commissioner Town Hall with Panhandle Health. Thomas Fletcher, the chair of the Panhandle Health Board of Trustees, talked about how Idaho House Bill 316 that gave more control to the county commissioners within the health district. The people who wrote that bill and got it passed live in Kootenai County.
