Shining Force 1 Chapter 1

Good thing I grabbed the classic Sega games that I actually like before Sega delisted them from Steam.

As much as I would like to play the game as is, I decided to install and play the mod that actually fixes the issues in the base game, in particular, regarding a certain character named Yogurt.

Just like with Digital Devil Saga, I decided to cut out most of the LONG battles and just focus of the highlights of the story.

Thinking back, unlike with Shining Force 2, the ONLY way to grind levels for everyone in this game is to battle until there is only 1 enemy left and retreat either using the wing or the main character's Egress spell because as I recall, ALL battles in this game are story based and NONE of them are the standard battles for each member of your team to get stronger.

And as I recall, the first Shining Force game has A LOT of characters that you can recruit and personally, ALL OF THEM are useful in each situation depending on the theater of operations... well, except for Yogurt.

The mod that I installed will make Yogurt more useful and fixes all the bugs and glitches related to that character.

I seem to remember that the original devs INTENTIONALLY made Yogurt THAT WAY for teh lulz.
