The shocking video, which has been posted to X formerly Twitter, reports to show a Russian tourist in the popular Thai resort town of Phuket. However, rather than enjoying the areas sun-kissed beaches or tropical climate this man appears to be more interested in picking a fight with the local police. In the footage, a man wearing just his boxers can be seen being escorted by a Thai police officer along a quiet shopping street. A woman and children - who appear to be with the man - can be seen walking behind him with one child wailing uncontrollably.
