Tragedy in California USA!! Franklin Fire, Malibu completely paralyzed
A wildfire in Malibu, California, has grown to more than 2,700 acres overnight, prompting evacuations and shelter-in-place protocols at Pepperdine University.

The Franklin Fire broke out shortly before 11 p.m. local time on Monday in the Malibu Canyon area, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. The fire comes as much of Southern California is under a red flag warning due to strong Santa Ana winds, low humidity and dry vegetation.
