Colossians 3:13
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

Dear Heavenly Father, I ask for your guidance and help in letting go of the pain inflicted upon me, my family, and friends, just as you forgave our sins. Please remove bitterness and resentment from our hearts and replace them with your love, compassion, and kindness. May we be empowered to extend mercy and understanding to others, just as you have shown us, even in difficult times. In Jesus' name, Amen.
