Our future will be determined by how we invest ourselves in the following 5 areas:

1. The people we associate with who ultimately influence our thinking.
2. The books we read to develop our knowledge, understanding and wisdom.
3. The skills we develop to enhance our ability to engage in new opportunities
4. The physical exercise we maintain to remain strong
5. The food we eat to support our nutritional needs for excellent health.
